Everything was cool, had a very good stay for a 9-day visit. The location was top and peaceful, the staff was responsive. It had a convenient restaurant for food and drinks.

The American breakfast was free of charge at £ 5 excellent value and well priced. Very good service, even though a few employees were a little unfriendly. The hotel was in a super central setting next to Oxford Circus shopping street.

Everything was nice, the American breakfast was totally worth it. The staff was exceptionally friendly and outstandingly accommodating, offered us wake up calls and ironing free of charge. We enjoyed sitting at the café during breakfast.

Overall it was a very good stay for a City business trip. The double room was brand-new and had a pretty good coffee, a storage space and a safe box. The location was top and peaceful, near the station!

This nicely designed, fairly clean property has sensational American breakfasts and extremely polite staff. The location is stunning, very close to the main shopping streets. And it's right by oxford street and downtown, main shopping areas, and so many great restaurants and shops. The service at the café is good.

The place is bright with great and lovely location close enough to major theatres and the West End, and Chinatown. The staff are all very pleasant.

Enjoyed the hotel, it is functional and fairly clean, has marvellous and stunning location in the centre of town. Newly decorated, contemporary room with a great tv, everything was perfect.
